At LiftCore, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and track your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email or phone.


2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver orders across India, including providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and India Post.

The shipping method used for your order will depend on your location, product type, and service availability.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Suggested policy options:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 for orders below the free shipping threshold

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments).

We may request photographs and other information to investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.


9. Delivery Attempts and Refused Shipments

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If a shipment is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response, the order may be returned to us.

Reshipping charges may apply.
