At LiftCore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 7 DAYS of delivery
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at liftcore32@gmail.com within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective
Our support team will respond within 1-2 days with further instructions.
3. Return Timeframe
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 DAYS of receiving our return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be initiated within 1-2 days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- You need a replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability)

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products not caused by us
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care items and other hygiene-sensitive products
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.

10. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
